About our products

Mon Epoque specializes in vintage, used, and restored furniture and décor. Because these items are vintage, signs of age, wear, patina, repairs, imperfections, and age-related character should be expected.

We make every effort to accurately describe, measure, and photograph each item. Please review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Orders & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, is damaged prior to shipment, contains a pricing error, cannot be delivered, or if payment cannot be verified.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Most orders are dispatched within 10 business days after payment is received.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and the size of the item.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the item can fit through doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points at the delivery location.

Additional carrier fees resulting from missed delivery appointments, storage, redelivery, inaccessible locations, or address changes may be the buyer's responsibility.

Inspection upon delivery

Please inspect your item upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, significant discrepancy, or return request must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to process a claim or return request.

Returns

We accept return requests made within 48 hours of delivery. To request a return, email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping, packing, handling, and insurance costs are the buyer's responsibility

Returns must be approved by Mon Epoque before being shipped back. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Items returned damaged, altered, or in a condition different from delivery may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery (or within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date for lost shipments).

Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.

We may request additional information as needed to assist with a carrier claim. If the claim is approved, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mon Epoque's liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item.

Mon Epoque is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase, shipment, or use of any product.
