Where we ship

Mon Epoque currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer checkout shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international addresses.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated during checkout using the delivery ZIP code and the size category of the selected piece. The item price and shipping charge are shown before payment is submitted.

If checkout cannot calculate shipping for your address, please contact us before purchasing.

Handling and delivery timing

  • Most orders are dispatched within 10 business days after payment is received.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and the size of the item.

Delivery access

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the item can fit through doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points at the delivery location.

Additional carrier fees resulting from missed delivery appointments, storage, redelivery, inaccessible locations, or address changes may be the buyer's responsibility.

Damage in transit

Please inspect the piece at delivery. If the item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, keep all original packaging and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery (or within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date for lost shipments).
